Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. We will send you an email when the item arrives as well as when the item ships out.

Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout. 

Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in a certain time of weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.

Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later due to several factors (eg: customs)

Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 

Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions

Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.
