How do I return a product?
At DÒRA, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your package. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and returned in its original packaging.

If you're located in Sweden, returns will be handled through Postnord. You’ll receive a QR code that your local postal agent can scan to generate the return shipping label.

If you want to make a return or exchange your item, note that we don't have return labels in our packages. Instead, you can Create your return here or email us your order number to customercare@doracollectives.com After we receive your request, we’ll send you an email with detailed return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Do you refund the shipping costs?
No, the shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable. This fee covers both the transportation and handling of your package, and therefore cannot be reimbursed.

Can I exchange a product or size?
Yes, you can exchange your item for a different product or size once it has been delivered.
