How do I return a product?
At DÒRA, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your package. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and returned in its original packaging.

If you're located in Sweden, returns will be handled through Postnord. For customers outside of Sweden, UPS will manage the return shipment. You’ll receive a QR code that your local postal agent can scan to generate the return shipping label.

To start a return, simply email us your order number. After we receive your request, we’ll send you an email with detailed return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Do you refund the shipping costs?
No, the shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable. This fee covers both the transportation and handling of your package, and therefore cannot be reimbursed.

Can I exchange a product or size?
Yes, you can exchange your item for a different product or size once it has been delivered. To do so, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you want instead.
