How do I return a product?
At DÒRA, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your package. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and returned in its original packaging. Send a email to customercare@doracollectives.com
If you're located in Sweden, returns will be handled through Postnord. For customers outside of Sweden, UPS will manage the return shipment. You’ll receive a QR code that your local postal agent can scan to generate the return shipping label.
To start a return, simply email us your order number. After we receive your request, we’ll send you an email with detailed return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Do you refund the shipping costs?
Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged (99 kr for the return shipping in Sweden, 15 Euros for rest of the world) Please remember to keep your tracking number until we have confirmed the return.
Can I exchange a product or size?
Yes, you can exchange your item for a different product or size once it has been delivered. To do so, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you want instead.
